Shipping policy

Every ELVORAH order goes through two stages — processing and delivery. Here's what to expect:

Processing takes 1–3 business days from the moment you place your order. The majority of orders are packed and handed off to our shipping partner within one business day. Orders placed after business hours on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Once dispatched, delivery takes 6–12 business days depending on your location within the United States. Please keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes — occasional carrier delays, severe weather, or high-demand periods like holidays may extend delivery windows slightly. These factors are outside our control, but we always do our best to get your order moving fast.

From Our Hands to Yours

We're a small team that takes pride in every package that leaves our door. Each order is carefully reviewed, packed by hand, and shipped with the same attention we put into designing our clothes. During new drops or peak seasons, things may move a little slower than usual — but never at the expense of quality or care.

If your order is time-sensitive, reach out to us at support@elvorah.com before or right after placing it. We'll do our best to priorities it for you.

Shipping Cost

Every order ships free — no minimum purchase, no promo codes, no catches. We believe shipping should never stand between you and the pieces you want. That said, any costs that arise from an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, or from parcels that go uncollected, will be the customer's responsibility.

What Happens If Something Is Out of Stock?

In the rare event that an item in your order is unavailable after purchase, we'll reach out to you directly with your options — whether that's a comparable alternative, a later shipment, or a full refund for the affected item. Please respond promptly so we can keep things moving. Delays caused by unanswered communications are not something we can be held responsible for. All available items in your order will ship as planned once you've been notified.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are only possible before your order enters the packing stage. Once processing has begun, we're unable to make changes or cancel. If you change your mind after receiving your order, no problem — you can return it within 30 days in its original, unworn condition with tags attached for a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

Where Are ELVORAH Products Made?

We work with a carefully vetted network of manufacturing partners who meet our standards for quality, craftsmanship, and ethical production. Every item is inspected before it ships — because putting our name on something means standing behind it. Our goal is straightforward: deliver well-made everyday clothing at a price that respects both the product and the person buying it.

Undelivered & Uncollected Packages

If a delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive it, your package will be held at your nearest post office or carrier depot for pickup. It's the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe set by the carrier. If a package is returned to us because it wasn't picked up, we're unable to refund the original order's shipping value. We can re-ship the parcel upon request, with any additional shipping cost covered by the customer.

In the event of a delivery dispute, the customer may be asked to provide supporting evidence that the delivery obligation was not fulfilled on our end.
