Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Whether you're in downtown Manhattan or a small town in Montana, we've got you covered.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — all orders over $95 ship free, no code needed. For orders under $95, a flat rate of $5.95 applies at checkout.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely happy, you can return your item in its original, unworn condition with tags attached for a full refund. No restocking fees, no hassle.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and you'll receive an email confirmation once it's complete. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange an item? We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or colour, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order to make sure the item you want is still in stock.
