Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@elvorah.com with your tracking number included. Please allow up to 5 business days after placing your order for this email to arrive, depending on the item ordered.
How to track your package:
- Go to: http://parcelsapp.com/en
- Enter the tracking number from your Shipping Confirmation email and click "Track Package." Scroll down to view your full delivery status and updates.
A few things to keep in mind:
Tracking details may not appear immediately after your confirmation email is sent. If your tracking number shows as unavailable, there's no need to worry — your order has been shipped and is on its way to your local carrier. Tracking information typically updates within a few business days.
